This article will show you have to print pick lists, packing slips, and invoices in order to help you fulfill your orders.
What we'll cover:
Printing Pick Lists
1) Select at least one order.
- If you want to select all of the orders in your search result, click on the checkbox to the left of the ACTIONS column header.
2) Click on the PRINT drop-down menu in the Action bar.
3) Select one of the four pick list options.
4) A PDF file will appear in an overlay window. Hover over the PDF to view the options for displaying, saving, and printing your pick list.
Here's a description of each pick list option:
Pick List Option | Description |
Picking List By Order |
Displays each order on a separate page. |
Picking List By Order Sum |
Consolidates up to two order summaries onto each page. |
Picking List With Images |
Organizes the pick list by items instead of by order. Fits up to five SKUs and their images on each page. If an item has been ordered more than once, it will only be displayed on one row of the pick list. The quantity reported will be the sum of all orders for that item. |
Picking List Without Images |
Organizes the pick list by items. Fits up to five SKUs without images on each page. If an item has been ordered more than once, it will only be displayed on one row of the pick list. The quantity reported will be the sum of all orders for that item. |
Printing Packing Slips and Invoices
1) Select one or more orders.
2) Click on the PRINT drop-down menu in the Action bar.
3) Select Print Packing Slips or Print Invoice.
The invoice displays the order total, shipping fee amount, sales tax paid, and individual product prices. The packing slip doesn't contain any price information. Otherwise they are the same.
4) A PDF file will appear in an overlay window. Hover over the PDF to view the options for displaying, saving, and printing your packing slip or invoice.
